These terms cover your use of thejustinstark.com, including The Box Top Method pages and events, offered by Justin Stark and Pontotoc Insurance Agency ("we," "us"). By using the site or registering for an event, you agree to them.
Education, not advice
The Box Top Method, its events, replays, tools and downloads are educational. They are not financial, tax, investment, or legal advice, and they don't recommend any specific product, investment, or strategy. Examples and stories are fictional composites. Before acting on anything, talk with a licensed professional who understands your full situation; take tax questions to your tax professional and legal questions to an attorney. Using the site or attending an event doesn't create a client relationship.
Justin Stark is a licensed insurance agent with Pontotoc Insurance Agency. Insurance products are offered only through properly licensed channels and only where we're licensed. Nothing is sold during the launch event.
Events and registration
Free events may be rescheduled or canceled; if that happens, we'll email registrants. Your Zoom join link is personal to you. Replays, if offered, may be available for a limited time. Free materials offered to live attendees are provided as-is for personal use.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, interfere with it, or submit someone else's information. Content on this site, including The Box Top Method name, text, graphics, and downloads, belongs to Justin Stark or its licensors. You may share links freely; please ask before republishing content.
Other sites
We link to services like Zoom, Google Calendar, and app stores. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
SMS Terms
Who's texting: Justin Stark / Pontotoc Insurance Agency. There are two separate text programs, and each has its own checkbox. You can agree to either, both, or neither.
1. Event confirmation and reminders. Your registration confirmation, reminders for The Box Top Method live launch, and a link to the replay. Up to 5 messages for the launch.
2. Updates and offers. Occasional updates, invitations and offers, like new Box Top classes and events. Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out. You can also reply with words like "cancel," "end," "quit," or "unsubscribe," or ask us by email.

Consent: Agreeing to texts is not a condition of registering or of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
No warranties; limits on liability
The site and its content are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content, including decisions you make based on educational material.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
