Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Justin Stark and Pontotoc Insurance Agency ("we," "us") collect on thejustinstark.com, including The Box Top Method pages, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain version: we use your information to do what you asked us to do, we don't sell it, and we never share your mobile number or text-message consent for anyone else's marketing.

What we collect

What you give us. When you register for an event, ask for a replay, answer a question, or contact us: your name, email address, and, if you choose, your mobile number and your answer to optional questions (for example, how close you are to retirement).
How you found us. The page you landed on, the site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or an ad click ID). This tells us which ads and posts are actually helping people.
Device and usage information. IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, collected by cookies and similar tools described below.

How we use it

To register you for the event you signed up for (including with Zoom), send your personal join link, reminders, the replay, and the free materials we promised.
To follow up by email about The Box Top Method and, if you ask, to schedule a conversation with Justin.
To send text messages, only if you checked the box agreeing to them (see Text messages).
To measure and improve our pages and advertising.
To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.

Text messages

If you opt in, we text you about the program you signed up for, such as reminders for The Box Top Method launch. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of registering or of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our SMS Terms.

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our events, under their own privacy and security obligations:

Our customer relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which stores contacts and sends our emails and texts.
Zoom, which hosts the webinar and sends your registration confirmation.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for ad measurement as described below.
Our website host (Vercel) and form-delivery service for the main contact form (FormSubmit).

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Our pages use cookies and the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. It tells us, and Meta, when someone who saw one of our ads visits a page or registers, so we can measure and improve our advertising and show our ads to people more likely to find them useful. We also send some of the same events to Meta directly from our server (the Meta Conversions API). When we do, identifiers such as your email address or phone number are converted into a scrambled code (hashed) before they're sent. We do not send Meta your answers about your finances or retirement.

Your choices:

Adjust or turn off ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Ad Preferences, at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

Unsubscribe from email with the link at the bottom of any message.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing justin@pontotocinsuranceagency.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep information as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us, or as long as the law requires, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be noted on this page.
